Refund and Return Policy — Barbers Against Drugs

Damaged items only
Every Barbers Against Drugs item is made to order just for you. Because of that, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or items you simply no longer want. We accept returns and issue refunds or replacements only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted. If that happens, we will make it right at no cost to you.
How to report a damaged item
Email jacktheclipper1@icloud.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, a clear photo of the damage, defect, or misprint, and a photo of the shipping label or packaging if available. We respond within 2 business days. Approved claims receive a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You are never charged return shipping, and in most cases you do not need to ship the damaged item back.
What is not covered
Wrong size or color selected at checkout; change of mind; normal wear, fading, shrinkage, or damage from washing or drying against the garment care instructions; damage caused after delivery; claims reported more than 30 days after delivery. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering, since we cannot exchange for fit.
Wrong or incomplete address
If a package is returned to us because the address was entered incorrectly or incompletely, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping. If a package is lost in transit through no fault of yours, contact us and we will help resolve it.
Lost or never-delivered packages
If tracking shows delivered but you never received your order, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.
Refund processing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days after we process the refund, depending on your bank.
Order changes and cancellations
Items go into production quickly, so we can only change or cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase. Email us right away if you need a change.
